Question: I’m trying to decide between 2 classes being offered locally: Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. The course descriptions make Hatha sounds a bit more kinetic, but since I’m new to all this I really don’t know which is best. My goal is to reduce stress and muscle tension. By the way, I am NOT looking to lose weight.
